The Holiday Season is the highest-performing and most important time of the year for Bath and Bodyworks; requiring exceptional creativity and strategic execution to deliver captivating products and experiences. In my role, I am responsible for conducting trend research, creating mood boards, and helping to direct 3D products that enhance design vision and create cross-category synergy. I design new SKUs each season, focusing on innovation and product aesthetics. I collaborate cross-functionally with teams to solve challenges and ensure seamless execution from initial concept to final production. My work contributes to the season’s success while elevating both the product and the customer experience.
